When selecting non-infill artificial turf, many buyers focus only on two visible numbers: pile height and stitch density. A taller pile and higher density may look impressive on a specification sheet, but they do not necessarily indicate better performance.
For non-infill turf, the real performance depends on a complete system: fiber material, fiber structure, backing stability, shockpad design, bonding technology, environmental safety, and long-term durability. A product with high pile height and high density can still fail quickly if the yarn is made from low-grade recycled material, the backing is weak, or the cushion layer collapses after use.
This is why Vivaturf approaches non-infill turf as an engineered sports surface system rather than a simple “tall and dense grass” product. For buyers in Europe, North America, and other global markets, this system-based approach offers a more reliable way to evaluate quality, long-term value, and field performance.
